Microfiction Monday #72

 The harp turned into a wet mop, jostling her awake.

"Clean the mess first" barked the angry voice.
Sloshing in the rain was no longer fun.

Her hair does look like she's been sloshing in the rain. Nothing like a shrill voice to jolt a fairy back to reality! Clever MM story!

Looking back at the picture after reading, I can almost feel that jolt from soft daydream back to harsh reality. A clever take, and effective.
